Domestic shipping
We will ship via USPS via First-Class Mail, Media Mail, and/or USPS Ground Advantage-Retail from Pennsylvania, USA. Delivery can take anywhere from 2-8 days (or longer) depending on USPS and extenuating circumstances like weather conditions.
If you would like expedited shipping, please email us at [email protected] when you order and we'll do our best to work with you. You will be responsible for any expedited shipping charges, regardless of items marked as FREE SHIPPING or discount codes for free shipping. ("Free Shipping" only applies to deliveries within the US)
International shipping
We will ship via USPS via First-Class Mail International, First-Class Package International Service and/or Priority Mail International from Pennsylvania, USA. Delivery times vary by destination; please visit the USPS website for their current estimated delivery speeds. Also please keep in mind that we are not responsible for the amount of time it takes to clear customs.

Unfortunately, due to high costs, free shipping is not available for any International orders.
For the "Carefully Curated Companion Boxes", a flat shipping charge of $100 USD is available. (We promise we're not trying to be unfair to international fans; unfortunately, it is THAT expensive of a rate to send international packages weighing over 4 lbs via USPS!)
Processing Time
Depending on the item, processing may take up to 2 weeks (specifically the "Carefully Curated Companion Boxes" -- these boxes are made at time of order and may require time for sourced materials to arrive). However, in MOST cases, most items will be processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). (Note: we'll aim to process as soon as possible, so hopefully sooner than 5 business days!). If you are concerned about processing times, please email [email protected] for an estimate beforehand.
Delayed Orders
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.
Damaged Orders
Kim Edwards Merch is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
Shipping Restrictions
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
